“The Boy asks the Horse, ‘What’s the bravest thing you’ve ever said?’
The Horse replies, ‘Help.’”

Being present with people in honest, vulnerable ways. That’s where real healing begins.

If you’re here, you or your loved one is probably hurting. I am so sorry.

I’m Kevin Stigall, ALC, and I’m really glad you found your way here.

I help children, teens, and adults carrying complex emotional pain — trauma, grief, illness, existential distress, and more — begin to feel connected, seen, and whole again. Whether it’s something recent or rooted in the past, I offer a grounded, relational space to sort through what hurts and explore what healing can look like, at your own pace.

If any of this feels familiar, you don’t have to carry it alone.

When you’re ready, we can take the next steps together.

  • “Will this grief ever makes sense?”

Maybe you’ve lost someone, or something – a relationship, a role, a future you hoped for. Maybe part of you has gone quiet, and you’re unsure if it will return.

There’s space here for your grief, even if you don’t know where to start.

  • A diagnosis. A hospital stay. A shift in what your body can or can’t do. Decisions you never wanted to make. Maybe no one sees how much it’s cost you to hold everything together.

There’s space here for the weight of it all.

  • You ask life’s hardest questions and no answer can satisfy — or wondering about the “why” of it all.

There is space here to explore doubt, longing, identity, and what it means to live with integrity — even when the old answers no longer fit.

  • Maybe your teen or child seems angry, withdrawn, or on edge – but underneath, they might be overwhelmed, anxious, or hurting in ways they don’t know how to name. You’re trying to reach them, but it only seems to shut them out, and you’re unsure what they need or what to do.

Or maybe you are the teenager or person – feeling pushed, misunderstood, expected to have it all together while carrying more than you can say. You’re tired of pretending. You just want someone to really listen – without judgment. There’s space here for you.

  • Stuck in the same loop — the same arguments, the same silence? You try to connect, but it keeps falling flat.

You want to feel close again — but it’s starting to feel like an impossible mountain to climb.

There’s space here to slow the cycle, to hear and be heard, and to begin rebuilding something honest and lasting.

  • Maybe something happened that changed how safe the world feels — or how safe you feel with others… or even with yourself.

Maybe it doesn’t have a name — just a sense that something inside still hurts.

There’s space here to slow down, to listen to what your body and story are holding.

I am a private pay provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt of services — that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

I strongly encourage you to check with your insurance about possible reimbursement.
